To secure your date onto our calendar: 50% down payment is due.
4-6 weeks prior to a major event: FINAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID + confirmation of all details & guest counts must be on approved invoice.

If order is placed within  the same month as the event, please plan for full payment to confirm your order.

We currently accept CASH, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay.

All orders require payment in advance.

Yes. While we highly recommend having a professional baker handle your delivery, some orders may be suitable for pickup (by family, friends, or wedding coordinators) at our bakery during specific times.

NOTE: If we do not handle the delivery, you are responsible for the order once it leaves the bakery.

Delivery prices are based on location, time required, & logistics. (Costly logistics: walking 4-tier cakes down the beach sand; entering a military base; outdoor setups without tents; some private homes; golf cart entries like Zoo & Safari Park; etc.)

We offer many delicious recipes that fit into dietary restrictions and are very sanitary in our production; however, are not a 100% allergen-free kitchen. We operate in a facility that works with all of these allergens. Please inquire.

Generally speaking, orders are considered final once paid for and entered into our system but we do allow changes with at least an 8 day notice.  Please note the cost of your product may increase if you change the design, flavors, etc.

Orders can be cancelled with at least an 8 day notice and the customer will be issued a full refund. However there are no cancellations or refunds allowed within 7 days of the original pick-up date of the order.

We do make cakes with Trademarks or copyrights associated with the theme (ie, Star Wars, Disney, Pixar, various professional and collegiate sports teams etc.), but these cakes do require a license. There is only one way to obtain a license and that is by purchasing a licensed “cake kit” (3D figurines or pictures) or “edible image” (flat image put on cake) through us for a cost of $25, which also includes the extra time the decorator requires to decorate the cake integrating the design to match licensed cake kit or edible image.
